We look forward to working closely with UtilityAPI in continuing this work,” says Bernadette Del Chiaro, Executive Director of CALSEIA. UtilityAPI is an enterprise software company that accelerates the shift to solar energy. We deliver simple access to energy usage data, which helps solar companies acquire customers faster. Access to utility data means a larger sales funnel, a frictionless customer journey, and easy data verification for financing for solar, storage, and energy management companies. The company was founded in 2014 and is part of the SfunCube’s solar accelerator program in Oakland. UtilityAPI is also part of the Department of Energy’s SunShot Catalyst program. “We are excited to be part of the CALSEIA community,” says Elena Lucas, co-founder and CEO of UtilityAPI. “We couldn’t imagine being part of this booming industry without being a member of CALSEIA. We’re looking forward to CALSEIA members using UtilityAPI’s service to sell solar faster.“ UtilityAPI joins CALSEIA after being carefully vetted and approved through the association’s application process, which ensures member companies adhere to industry best practices.
