Enter the info from the authorization form or photo of the bill into the customer portal, so it's easier for them to share their data with you. 

OR

You can now prefill a customer portal with the data you have already received from a customer.

Click save, then use our email template or copy the prefilled link into your email.

Multiple accounts? No problem.

Does your customer have multiple utility accounts? 

Multiple accounts can now be added to the prefill form by clicking Add Another.
