We take regulatory requirements very seriously. If we didn't we'd be out of business and you wouldn't be able to use our service. Here are some things you need to know.

Utilities may send letters or call your customer!

That's why your customer needs to know that UtilityAPI exists and that we, UtilityAPI, needs to send them a receipt. The email address provided on our form needs to correspond to the signatory.
