10/29/2015 How to authorize multiple accountsFrom your dashboard, click on "My Customer Portal": On the My Customer Portal screen, click on "Prefill Form": Enter the email, utility and name of the accounts you would like to receive authorization for: Enter as much information as you have for the first account (this saves your customer time entering data that you already know). When you're done, click: Click "Add Another" to display an additional registration information input section: Enter the additional login information. Repeat until all accounts have been entered. Click on "Save" to save your prefilled form: Either copy the link provided, or click on "Email Prefilled Link" to send the link to your customer:
