We've built our platform to be as flexible as possible, so there are many ways to engage with your customer. There are three main ways:
The end customer's experience revolves around our portal, whether via email, on a mobile device, or if it's integrated into a company's website. We have a example email built in. Here is how you get to it.
1. VIA EMAIL
1. Go to my customer portal.
2. Click on the email button.
3. Customize your portal.
Note: the email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you'd like to send it using your email, copy the message into your email
You can also paste the email content and button into your email.
2. VIA MOBILE DEVICE OR TABLET
Have your customer portal link open on your tablet.
3. Text your link to your cusomer
They can complete the form on their phone!
