We are no longer accepting manual data collection requests. All data requests need to be submitted via the customer portal.
When you receive account information from a customer, whether a paper authorization or a copy of their old bill, prefill the information in the portal so all your customer has to do it give authorization via the Digital Signature.
Here is how you prefill your form and make it as easy as possible for your customer:
1. Navigate to My Customer Portal. Click o Prefill form under Your Portal Link
2. Enter all the information you have in the form. Save your changes.
3. Copy prefilled link into your email or use our email template.
Now all your customer has to do is to give authorization through the Digital Signature.
