- Save the button on your desktop, right-click on the button and select Save As.
- In an open message in Outlook, on the Insert tab, click Picture and browse for the button. The button will appear in the body of your email. Center align it.
- Right-click on the image and select Hyperlink and paste your customer portal link in the box.
